EXTENDED CHRISTMAS GIFT RETURNS

Online Purchases:
Orders delivered between 15th November 2025 and 24th December 2025 can be refunded until the 9th January 2026. If you would like to return an unwanted gift, please note that the refund will be made to the person who made the purchase, via the original payment method. Unfortunately, no refund or exchange can be made to the person who received the gift.

 

Christmas Delivery Information

To ensure your items arrive in time for Christmas, please place your order before 15:00 (3 PM) on the following dates:

• Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked: Order by Friday 19th December
• Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day): Order by Tuesday 23rd December

Please note: We cannot be held responsible for any late deliveries by Royal Mail, as delivery times may be subject to unexpected delays during the holiday period.

International Orders:
For international deliveries, please ensure your order is placed by Monday 15th December before 14:00 GMT. We aim to have all orders delivered by 24th December.
Please note: We cannot be held responsible for any late deliveries by international couriers, as shipping times may vary and are dependent on factors outside of our control.

 

Important Note:
We will use reasonable endeavours to process (not deliver) your order within 24 hours of receiving it. The time for delivery is not guaranteed by us.

 

Our offices will be closed, and we will not be operating between the following dates:
24th - 26th December 2025
31st December 2025 - 2nd January 2026

Normal business operations will resume on 5th January 2025.
