EXTENDED CHRISTMAS GIFT RETURNS

Online Purchases:
Gifts delivered between 15th November 2024 and Tuesday 24 December 2024 can be refunded until Tuesday 7 January 2025. If you would like to return an unwanted gift, please note that the refund will be made to the person who made the purchase, via the original payment method. Unfortunately, no refund or exchange can be made to the person who received the gift.

 

Christmas Delivery Information

To ensure your items arrive in time for Christmas, please place your order before 14:00 (2 PM) on the following dates:

• Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked: Orders placed by Friday 20th December
• Special Delivery Guaranteed: Orders placed by Monday 23rd December

Please note: We cannot be held responsible for any late deliveries by Royal Mail, as delivery times may be subject to unexpected delays during the holiday period.

International Orders:
For international deliveries, please ensure your order is placed by Tuesday 17th December before 14:00 GMT. We aim to have all orders delivered by 24th December.
Please note: We cannot be held responsible for any late deliveries by international couriers, as shipping times may vary and are dependent on factors outside of our control.

 

Holiday Delivery Information

Please note, our delivery schedule is affected by the holiday season.

• Orders will be processed on December 23rd and December 31st. Orders placed during the holiday period will be processed on these specific dates.

• Guaranteed Royal Mail Delivery on December 31st:

  • To receive guaranteed delivery on December 31st, place your order before 14:00 on Monday, December 30th and select guaranteed next-day delivery at checkout (UK orders only, terms and conditions apply).

• Orders placed after 14:00 on December 30th:

  • Orders placed after 14:00 on December 30th will be processed, but 48-hour tracked delivery will not arrive until after the New Year due to holiday closures.
• Holiday Closures: We will be closed from December 24th to December 29th and from December 31st to January 2nd. Any orders placed during this time will be processed once we reopen unless they have guaranteed next day delivery for the above dates.

We will use reasonable endeavours to process (not deliver) your order within 24 hours of receiving it. The time for delivery is not guaranteed by us.
