I contacted Susan Caplan via WhatsApp after a necklace of theirs I saw in Selfridges was sold before I could buy it.
The rep at Susan Caplan helped me look through all options for an alternative necklace, carefully considering my exact requirements, sending alternative styles and talking me through how the stones would look, whether they were clear or iridescent, how they looked on a model vs product photography.
