Fantastic experience from Emily Grant at Susan Caplan!
I ordered some earrings to wear at my birthday party but the postal service couldn't find my address, so I called up Susan Caplan explaining my predicament and Emily Grant got on the tube travelled across London and HAND DELIVERED me the earrings so I could wear them that evening on my birthday!
