UK Delivery: 

• Standard Delivery: Free (2-4 working days)
• Next Day Delivery: £8.95 (Order by 2 PM, Monday-Friday, for next-day delivery)
• Saturday Delivery: £8.95 (Order by 2 PM Friday for Saturday delivery) 

If your package does not fit through the letterbox, someone must be present to accept delivery. If delivery is missed, follow the re-delivery instructions from the courier. If the package is returned to us, re-delivery charges will apply. 

If you request changes to delivery (such as leaving it in a safe place or with a neighbour), Susan Caplan is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft. 

We do not deliver on Bank Holidays. Delivery costs are non-refundable. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. 

International Delivery:

• Worldwide: £35
• Free standard international shipping on orders over £200 (excluding customs) 

Estimated delivery times: 

• Europe: 1-3 working days
• Rest of the world: Up to 6 working days 

Local import taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer. These charges may cause delays, and we have no control over them. If you refuse to pay customs fees and the order is returned to us, any return fees incurred will be deducted from your refund. 

If you miss your delivery, follow the courier's re-delivery instructions. If the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for re-delivery charges and any other fees that arise. 

Returns & Refunds 

UK Returns (Free) 

• Returns must be made within 14 days using the free UK returns label provided. 
• Items must be returned in their original condition and securely packaged. 
• Refunds exclude original delivery charges and can only be issued to the original payment method. 
• Due to hygiene reasons, earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned. 

International Returns

• Customers should arrange and pay for return shipping.
• You may use any courier, but we recommend DHL for reliability. 
• The customs form must be clearly marked as "Returned Goods" to avoid additional charges. 
• Any customs fees, duties, or return shipping costs incurred will be deducted from your refund. 

Refund Processing 

• Refunds are processed within 2-3 working days of receiving the returned item. 
• After processing, please allow 5-8 additional days for funds to appear in your account. 
• We reserve the right to refuse refunds if items are damaged, incomplete, or not in their original condition
