Delivery & Returns

UK Delivery: 
  • Standard Delivery on orders less than £50: £4.95 (2-4 working days)
  • FREE Standard Delivery on orders over £50: (2-4 working days)
  • Next Day Delivery: £8.95 (Order by 2 PM, Monday-Friday, for next-day delivery)
  • Saturday Delivery: £8.95 (Order by 2 PM Friday for Saturday delivery) 

If your package does not fit through the letterbox, someone must be present to accept delivery. If delivery is missed, follow the re-delivery instructions from the courier. If the package is returned to us, re-delivery charges will apply. 

If you request changes to delivery (such as leaving it in a safe place or with a neighbour), Susan Caplan is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft. 

We do not deliver on Bank Holidays. Delivery costs are non-refundable. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. 

International Delivery:

  • Free standard international shipping on orders over £350

Estimated delivery times: 

  • Europe: 1-3 working days
  • Rest of the world: Up to 6 working days 

If you miss your delivery, follow the courier's re-delivery instructions. If the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for re-delivery charges and any other fees that arise. 

Returns & Refunds 
UK Returns (Free) 
  • Returns must be made within 14 days using the free UK returns label provided, via any Royal Mail post office.
  • A Royal Mail collection can also be made using this link below: https://send.royalmail.com/collect/youritems
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and securely packaged. 
  • Refunds exclude original delivery charges and can only be issued to the original payment method. 
  • Due to hygiene reasons, earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned. 
International Returns
  • Customers should arrange and pay for return shipping.
  • Please use DHL as the courier for returns, as they are our partner for delivering your orders.
  • The customs form must be clearly marked as "Returned Goods" to avoid additional charges. 
  • Any customs fees, duties, or return shipping costs incurred will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Processing 
  • Refunds are processed within 2-3 working days of receiving the returned item. 
  • After processing, please allow 5-8 additional days for funds to appear in your account. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds if items are damaged, incomplete, or not in their original condition
