OUR STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS:
We offer free Standard Delivery for all UK orders (to a single address in the UK)
This free service will not apply if multiple items are purchased and sent to multiple addresses.
For all services Royal Mail are no longer requesting for signatures on receipt.
They are offering contact free delivery. For all customers (including those who are self-isolating) where Royal Mail need to deliver any parcel that won’t fit through your letterbox, they will place your item at your door. Having knocked on your door, they will then step aside to a safe distance while you retrieve your item. This will ensure your item is delivered securely rather than being left outside.
DELIVERY + COSTS (for UK orders):
We will use reasonable endeavours to process (not deliver) your order within 24 hours of receiving your order. The time for delivery is not guaranteed by us.
Standard Delivery in the UK is free and your order will be delivered via the most suitable carrier, depending on weight and size. This can take 2-4 working days after placing an order. Your order can be delivered any time between 7am and 9pm. The carrier may leave a calling card if you are unavailable to accept delivery of your goods.
The cost of Next Day Delivery is £7.95. If you require this service and order by 2 pm Monday to Thursday you will receive your goods the next day. If you require this service and order your goods on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday you will receive your goods the following Tuesday. Orders placed on a Bank Holiday requiring this service will be delivered 2 working days later. Your order can be delivered any time between 7am and 9pm.
The carrier may leave a calling card if you are not available to accept delivery of your goods. Please follow the re-delivery instructions. The package will be returned to us if you do not follow the re-delivery instructions. In these circumstances you will be required to pay the re-delivery charges before we attempt to re- deliver the items or products to you.
If you require your goods to be delivered on a Saturday, you can select our Guaranteed Saturday Delivery at a cost of £13.95. If you require this service and order by 2pm on a Friday, you will receive your goods by 1pm the next day. Orders placed on a Bank Holiday requiring this service will be subject to Royal Mail’s Bank Holiday terms and conditions.
We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver items or products ordered by you within the estimated timescales. However delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors or events out with our control, for example extreme weather, flood or fire. Susancaplan.co.uk shall have no liability to you or any third party for any loss you or a third party may suffer as a result of any delay or failure to deliver the items or products within the estimated timescales.
We do not deliver on a Bank Holiday.
All delivery costs are non refundable.
To ensure the secure delivery of your order susancaplan.co.uk does not deliver to P.O boxes.
DELIVERY + COSTS (For international orders):
We will aim to process (not deliver) your order within 24 hours of receiving your order. The cost to ship to Europe is £27 and £32 for the rest of the world. The order will be sent by DHL Express or other similar carrier.
Please allow up to 1-3 working days for delivery in Europe and up to 6 working days for international delivery.
Local import taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please be aware that delays can occur when such charges are made by the Customs or Revenue Authorities. We have no control over these charges and therefore cannot be responsible for or predict what they may be. You may wish to call your local Customs or Revenue Authorities for additional information and advice.

Please note our free delivery service applies to UK orders only and not to any orders to be delivered outside the UK.
We hope you are pleased with your purchase but should you wish to return it, please affix the free returns label included in your order. We will be happy to process the refund of the purchase price paid for your item providing it is in the same condition as when purchased, provided it is received by us within 21 days of date of purchase, and provided the Susan Caplan packaging is not damaged.
Please ensure that it is packaged well as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred in the return of the goods. Refunds can only be made to the original card holder of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a refund.
We will refund the purchase price paid by you but not the original delivery charges.
Return instructions will be included with your purchase. All relevant forms must be filled in accurately before a refund can be applied.
You can return your item at any Post Office in the UK. Please remember to obtain a Certificate of Posting as proof of posting. Alternatively your item can be collected from your address by arranging a collection through www.send.royal.mail.com/collect/youritems.
For International returns please mark your item on customs form as returned item and please be aware that any charges incurred on return to Susan Caplan, will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds will be processed within 2-3 working days of our receipt of your item and susancaplan.co.uk will send you an email to let you know that we have received it and are processing the payment. After you have received this email, please allow a further 5-8 days before your account is credited.
Susancaplan.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any items or products lost or damaged in transit. All such items or products are at your risk.
